KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Design and implement employee engagement strategies aligned with global HR goalsPartner with leadership to drive performance management, talent development, and succession planningLead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processesProvide expert guidance on employee relations, compliance, and HR policiesManage HRIS (Workday) and ensure accurate HR reporting and analyticsCollaborate with finance on HR budgeting and workforce planningAct as WHS representative and promote a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplaceSupport diversity and inclusion initiatives, including the Reconciliation Action PlanAs a standalone HR role, you will be responsible for both strategic and operational HR activities, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field3+ years of experience in a generalist or HRBP role, in a multinational environmentStrong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR complianceExperience with HRIS (Workday preferred) and HR reportingExcellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skillsAbility to work autonomously and influence across all levels of the organizationFluent in English; French is a plusYou are comfortable operating independently in a standalone HR position, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
