What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leaders, delivering both day-to-day and forward-looking HR support. You will:

Your responsibilities will include:

Partnering closely with F-16 Production leadership to design and implement HR strategies, programs, and processes.Providing guidance and solutions that align with Lockheed Martin’s values, policies, and business objectives.Championing organizational strategies in partnership with HR colleagues across the enterprise.Identifying, developing, and retaining top talent to strengthen organizational capability.Collaborating with HR Centers of Expertise and cross-functional partners to deliver effective HR solutions.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• 8+ years of professional HR experience, or 6+ years with a related Master’s degree.
• Significant HR Business Partner or HR functional partner experience, including coaching leaders at multiple levels.
• Experience supporting cultural transformation and navigating organizational change.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
Desired Skills:
• Advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
• 10-15 years of experience in various HR competencies.
• Experience in employee relations and employee engagement.
• Front-line Leader training and coaching experience.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Prosci or similar change management certifications or knowledge.
• Prior experience working with unions and labor relations.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
