What you can expect:

 

\n\nManage end-to-end recruitment processes for both stores and head office positions.\nEnsure smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires.\nSupport payroll processes by ensuring compliance with legal requirements.\nMonitor health insurance, leave of absence, sick days, and work schedules.\nLiaise with official institutions in line with labour law and related regulations.\nHandle legal notifications and ensure timely and accurate submissions.\nAct as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.\nFoster employee engagement by supporting initiatives that enhance workplace culture.\nContribute to talent acquisition strategies and succession planning.\nSupport performance management cycles and employee development programs.\nLead and enable company-wide social responsibility and community engagement projects.\n

 

Your profile:

\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP capacity.\nStrong knowledge of labour law and HR practices.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficient in MS Office applications; SAP experience is a plus.\nFluent in English (written and spoken).\nStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
