We are looking for a skilled BILINGUAL HR Business Partner to join our team in Northglenn, Colorado. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic workplace by managing essential human resources functions, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong employee relations. Responsibilities:
• Administer and oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate implementation and communication to staff.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce for payroll, benefits, and HR system management.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including FMLA regulations.
• Address employee relations matters by providing guidance and resolving workplace concerns.
• Support recruitment efforts by managing applicant tracking systems and optimizing hiring processes.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee development and engagement.
• Monitor and report on key HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and organizational needs.
Requirements
+ • BILINGUAL IN SPANISH
+ Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role within the financial services sector.
+ • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce systems.
+ • Strong understanding of employment laws, including FMLA and compliance standards.
+ • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters.
+ • Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.
+ • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
+ • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
