About the role:
The Human Resources Business Partner is a leadership role serving as both advisor and partner to managers, and senior leadership in the organization. The Business Partner is responsible for aligning Hospital goals by providing HR solutions supporting these initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role working with HR team members and service line management to create integrated solutions related to staffing and recruiting, performance management, employee development, compensation and benefits, training, union and employee relations issues.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have demonstrated business acumen with proven track record of providing value added solutions to key business stakeholders. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related curriculum required with a minimum of three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience. Master's degree and SPHR preferred. Working knowledge of Unions, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, talent acquisition, and state and federal laws also required. Healthcare and or experience working with bargaining contracts preferred. Highly desire for bi-lingual Spanish speaking.Benefits of working at Lawrence General Hospital:
