The HR Business Partner is responsible for partnering with leaders to optimise business success through HR initiatives. Investigates, mediates, and resolves employee relations issues. Balances the need for tactical and strategic support to support our Redruth manufacturing site and internal client groups that you are assigned to support.
This position reports to the HR Manager at Redruth and is part of a global Human Resources team for Aerospace located in Redruth in Cornwall and is a fully site-based role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Function as a partner to the business and client group functional leaders to support critical business and organisational strategies.Support talent management programs and processes including Performance(P4G), Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and Associate Development plans (D4G).Support the recruitment and hiring through collaboration with the Talent team and hiring managers on innovative sourcing strategies.Responsible for all aspects of HR administration, ensuring the related processes are conducted on a timely basis, including the formulation of administration Standard Operating Procedures to meet the business needs.Collaborate with leaders and managers to build and support employee engagement strategies that facilitate organizational performance and enable successful organizational change.The essential requirements of the job include:
Degree in HR or business-related field preferred, or qualified by experience, with a minimum of 5 years’ HR experience working in a manufacturing businessCIPD qualified, possessing a broad understanding of the technical and functional components of human resources, including talent acquisition, talent management, organizational design, leadership development, compensation; local laws and relevant continuous improvement experience.Proven administrative skills, with demonstrated history of successfully utilising your prioritisation skills to manage a busy & diverse workloadComputer literate, with proficient knowledge of Microsoft packages, HRIS application such as Workday, and Time and attendance system such as KronosAbility to take ownershipTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
This role is site based, with occasional travel to meet business needs

The annual salary range for this role is up to £50k, DOE. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
