HR Business Partner
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 2 days/week)

A professional services client in Boston, MA, is looking to hire an HR Business Partner to join their team. This role will serve as an HRBP to the business, with a focus on employee relations and coaching, as well as providing strategic HR support.

Responsibilities:

Partner with managers on coaching, counseling, and managing employee relations issues/investigations Lead talent management and succession planning efforts with company leadershipOversee annual performance review process, including promotions & addressing any performance issuesIn collaboration with the broader HR team, help develop programming that supports employee engagement, belonging, retention and a positive workplace culture

Qualifications:
