The HR Business Partner is responsible for establishing the talent and HR agenda in support of business objectives for their assigned client groups. The work is primarily strategic in nature and these roles typically sit on the leadership team of assigned client organizations. Specific initiatives may include: Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Talent Assessment and Succession Planning, Leadership Retention and Associate Engagement Strategy

This position reports to the HR Leader for the UK, and is part of the HR team located in the UK and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

Provide excellent human resources partnership to the local management team and associates including input and direction regarding team development, organizational development, personal/professional development of associates, and employee relations matters.Pro-actively assist and advise managers on Human Resource matters, in accordance with employment law, best practice, policies and procedures and terms and conditions of employment.Support / Coach Managers, Associates and the wider HR team with respect to all aspects of the employee life cycleWork closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the smooth onboarding of new starters and liaise with the Compensation and Benefits team as required in order to ensure an appropriate and competitive and fair reward package is offered.Ensuring the annual Performance appraisal scheme (P4G) and annual Development scheme (P4G) takes place with rigour to ensure the continued development of employees.Assist in the Growth & Development of associates by promoting the talent processes and ensuring managers are supported to coach and develop their teams.Any other project work or responsibilities as may be required.

Who you are:

Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a behavioral science (or equivalent) Strong experience as a HR Business Partner or equivalent gained from a large global and matrix environment with proven experience of leading on ER matters.Able to deal with a large volume of work and able to effectively prioritiseExcellent verbal, written, listening and influence skills and be able to present facts clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization.Maintains the highest levels of personal and professional integrity

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot and Workday.
