Summary: Seeking an HR Business Partner to provide temporary support for the Digital Data Networks business unit, focusing on HR activities and organizational needs.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
3+ years of HR-related experience
Intermediate Excel proficiency with pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, and formulas like VLOOKUP
Strong analytical skills for interpreting HR data and identifying trends
Process-oriented mindset for workflow improvement
Experience in developing HR tools and facilitating training sessions
Solid project management skills for leading initiatives
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with Success Factors is a plus
Understanding of HR fundamentals including recruitment and employee relations
Responsibilities:
Support Senior Manager with various HR activities in a dynamic global business environment
Analyze and present HR data to leadership using Excel features
Improve process workflows and enhance HR tools and resources
Draft communications and facilitate training sessions for diverse audiences
Manage projects from inception to completion within the DDN Engineering Function
Pay Details: $40.00 to $53.00 per hour
