and organizational health at assigned site(s), serving as an individual contributor partnering directly with Field Leaders and site
leadership teams. You will strengthen culture and deliver business results by translating organizational priorities into actionable plans,
executing business goals through data-driven decision making, and partnering with campus leaders to improve the employee
experience. This role is accountable for the end-to-end employee experience, owning site-level feedback mechanisms, recognition
programs, and environment standards that shape trust, engagement, and performance.
You will be expected to work onsite at an Amazon facility, supporting multiple sites within your region (campus) with regular mobility
across assigned locations.

- Foster two-way communication between employees and leaders through feedback mechanisms like Voice of the Associate,

Strategic PXT Leadership
- Partner with site leadership to balance operational needs with Amazon's values and people priorities
- Coach Business Leaders on effective people management practices, including performance feedback, team development, and
employee relations matters
- Support change implementation by reinforcing messaging, addressing resistance, and helping leaders translate change into
local routines
- Execute core PXT processes while building trust and influence through sound business acumen
