**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**Title:** HR Business Partner, Initiatives and Planning
**Job Summary**
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated HR Business Partner (HRBP), Initiatives and Planning to join our Human Resources team.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Human Resources and the broader account team to deliver strategic people priorities across the business.
This role is designed for a proactive, agile, and relationship-driven professional who excels in a matrixed organization and enjoys partnering closely with leaders to drive performance, capability, and culture.
**What You’ll Do**
**In this role, you will:**
+ **Lead Strategic Partnering & Change:** Act as a sounding board to leaders on people issues, developing strong relationships to understand business needs and supporting the implementation of transformation, organizational development, and change initiatives.
+ **Execute Cyclical HR Programs:** Support the deployment of Center of Excellence (COE) designed programs, including annual talent mapping, succession planning, year-end performance reviews, calibration processes, and annual compensation cycles.
+ **Manage M&A & Integration Activities:** Assist in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) due diligence through data analysis and document preparation, while participating in integration planning to ensure alignment with cultural transition efforts.
+ **Enhance Employee Experience & Collaboration:** Work closely with Human Resources Generalists to ensure consistency in employee experience across geographies and identify emerging workforce trends.
+ **Drive People Analytics & Compliance:** Partner with the Organizational Effectiveness team to interpret people data and dashboards to support decision-making, while ensuring all activities comply with organizational standards and local regulations.
**What You’ll Bring**
**The ideal candidate will have:**
+ **Extensive HR Experience:** Significant experience in a Human Resources Business Partnering or Human Resources Generalist role, ideally within a matrixed, global organization.
+ **Technical & Analytical Expertise:** Strong knowledge of Human Resources analytics tools, reporting platforms, and project management to manage sensitive and confidential information effectively.
+ Strong **project management and coordination skills.**
+ **Strategic Capability:** Proven ability in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) support, organizational development, and facilitating leader assimilation.
+ **Educational Foundation:** A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
+ Experience collaborating across regions (US, LATAM, Europe) is preferred.
