For this role, you will be expected to be in Istanbul, Turkey. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** + Provides centralized human resource administration and support across a variety of processes and programs including Global Rewards, Global Talent & Leadership Development, Global HR Operations and Employee Relations + Collaborate with the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures, ensuring accurate responses to customer inquiries, efficient transaction processing, and effective administration of HR programs and processes + Utilize key systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and the Microsoft Office suite + Generate, analyse, and provide reporting & analytics to customers, following up to address and satisfy their business needs + Support inquiries related to labour law + Contribute to continuous improvement working closely with the AskHR Regional coordinators and broader HR Services team to achieve solutions / improvements for all processes / tasks performed in the HR Shared Services Center and pro-actively works on an efficient info flow between HR Partners and other parties + Assist in a wide variety of general HR projects supporting EMEA Group HR, providing technical and highly skilled clerical and project coordination support.
