If this sounds like a perfect fit for you, apply now and join our team in Mandaluyong City, Philippines! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Assist employees with statutory and company benefits, including health, dental, life insurance, and other programs. + Respond to benefit inquiries from managers and employees regarding plan provisions, claims, enrollments, status changes, and other benefit-related concerns. + Maintain data in benefits systems applications and SharePoint, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and accessible for reporting. + Prepare and present reports on benefits usage, costs, and trends to management. + Assist in developing and updating benefits policies to align with organizational goals and regulatoryrequirements. + Ensure benefits programs are compliant with legal requirements. + Assist in resolving clinic-related issues and coordinate annual physical examinations for employees to ensure compliance with local legal requirements. + Provide support for total rewards, compensation, and benefit program strategies as needed. **Who You Are:** You establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results. You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions. You make sound decisions, even in the absence of complete information, and act quickly when necessary.
