**Team/Role overview:**
The successful Candidate will join the **HR Benefits Team** in Warsaw. This is a **junior/entry-level position** that requires basic knowledge of HR processes and some experience in a similar role within HR analytics or administration. The Incumbent will be responsible for providing operations support services for employee Benefits programs.
**What you'll do:**
+ Conducts routine operational or administrative work. Day-to-day actions are focused on administering defined procedures such as invoicing, employee data updates, report preparation and data reconciliation.
+ Generates and reviews Benefits related reports from internal systems and vendors.
+ Keeps internal procedures updated as well as identifies process gaps formulating recommendations on procedures or practices.
+ Interprets data and makes recommendations.
+ Contributes to execute the firm's reward strategy
+ Manages day-to-day communication with employees and vendors in matters related to operational activities.
+ Additional duties as assigned.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made.
**What we'll need from you:**
+ At least 1 year of work experience within Human Resources, Operations or other highly administrative role preferred.
+ Some experience in data analysis preferred.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel.
+ Analytical mindset, attention to detail, demonstrated problem-solving skills
+ Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
+ Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
+ **Polish language knowledge at min. B2 level.**
+ **Very good knowledge of English (min. B2 level).**
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
