**Your role and responsibilities**
As an HR Business Analyst / Process Expert, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing HR service delivery through process design, optimization, and scaling of digital solutions. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to map current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
Your work will ensure HR services are efficient, scalable, and consistently deliver an excellent employee experience. You will also champion knowledge management practices to improve service quality and operational transparency.
Primary roles and Responsibilities
* Process Analysis and Redesign: Analyze existing HR processes to identify inefficiencies and propose optimized workflows, leveraging technology where appropriate.
* Use Case Development: Scale and expand use cases to improve HR service delivery, focusing on digital solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
* Digital Adoption Strategy: Devise strategies to boost digital HR tool adoption among employees, ensuring they are effectively utilized and understood.
* Operational Optimization: Streamline HR operations to increase productivity, reduce redundancy, and lower costs without compromising service quality.
* Knowledge Management: Enhance the organization's knowledge management practices to ensure critical HR information is accessible, up-to-date, and utilized effectively.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, HR leadership, and subject matter experts to understand their needs and translate them into effective process solutions.

**Required technical and professional expertise**
* HR Process Expertise: Strong understanding of core HR processes (e.g. onboarding, talent management, payroll, employee services) and how they integrate across the employee lifecycle.
* Business Analysis Skills: Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.
* Process Design & Optimization: Skilled in process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
* AI expertise applied to the HR domain.
* Business Fluency in English and German (C1) is a must.
* Swiss/EU passport or valid permit required.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* HRIS Proficiency: Familiarity with HR Information Systems (like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.) would be beneficial.
* Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
