Hr Assistants Except Payroll
Description + HR Assistant will be helping with recruiting. They will be reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, scheduling/sending drug and background tests. + HR Assistant will work directly with HR Manager to assist with FLMA some employee relations. + Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track and report candidate updates on onboarding and compliance. + Provide administrative support for other related tasks like scheduling internal meetings and assisting with internal employee events, etc. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High School Diploma required + Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or HR field highly preferred + At least 2 years of experience working in HR related field + Excellent communication skills when working with internal employees and external parties + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Microsoft Office knowledge (primarily Outlook and Excel) Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Horn Lake, MS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
