Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and interest.
Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR files, records, and applicant tracking data.
Assist with benefits enrollment, employee recordkeeping, and HR compliance tasks as needed.
Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Provide general administrative support to the HR Operations Manager.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
