We are looking for an **HR Assistant with English Language** to join our internal HR Department at **Conduent in Łódź** . This role is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional with at least **one year of HR administration experience** who would like to develop their career in a dynamic, **international environment** . As the first point of contact for HR-related matters, you will support **key HR processes** , **maintain accurate documentation** and records, and contribute to **onboarding** , **offboarding** , and reporting activities.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Being the first point of contact for HR-related queries
+ Administering documentation (personal files, contracts of employment, etc.)
+ Maintaining records and compile reports concerning personnel-related data (e.g. starters & leavers, headcount, absenteeism, vacations, etc.)
+ Supporting HR Manager in Corporate and Divisional processes, projects and procedures
+ Managing and monitoring the process of onboarding and offboarding employees
+ Preparing reports and analysis according to the procedures
+ Ensuring the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
**Requirements:**
+ At least 1 year of HR administration experience, ideally in an international environment
+ Very good knowledge of English and Polish language (written and spoken)
+ Practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
+ Ability to work in hybrid model (2-3 days in a week from the office)
+ Highly organized, with attention to fine details
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Good at analyzing and making inferences
+ Ability to work with a degree of autonomy and to manage multiple priorities
+ High level of confidentiality
