Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HR Assistant to join our team! In this role you will assist with all HR related matters for a major project.

What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee on-boarding and offboarding processes of incoming employees to Project Site office.Liaise with recruiters and mobilizers and act as point of contact between project and Pro team/HR.Attend to all inquiries of project employees regarding employment and contractual mattersManage the new joiners orientation.Assist with offboarding processes.Maintain confidentiality of employee data at all time.Provide administrative support to the HR Manager across all Human Resources functions.Issue pre-employment requirements instructions for the employee’s facilitation.Coordinate training sessions and seminars.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

Bachelors DegreeRecent graduate or up to 2+ years of relevant experienceStrong English communication skills.Computer literacy with standard word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
