HR Assistant (payroll)

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a HR Assistant (payroll).
**What you’ll do:**
**PRIMARY FUNCTION:**
The HR Payroll Specialist is responsible for Providing Human Resources services to employees and Managing the plant personnel database in the TRESS system.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
• Ensure registration movements before the IMSS in a timely and correct manner.
• Is responsible for keeping the TRESS Human Resources system up to date and that the information of all employees is reliable.
• Responsible for providing timely service to staff regarding the IMSS intranet, Infonavit score, fonacot, vacation payment, etc.
• Be responsible for all personnel files containing the information and documents required for their hiring.
• Be responsible for keeping the records of all staff updated.
• Prepare and control payroll incidents.
• Assure jointly with the Production Supervisors that all direct employees are evaluated according to the promotions and increases policy.
• Train supervisor’s module and be sure that get the access for payroll process.
• Attend and advise the operational or administrative staff in doubts pertinent to the HR department.
• Be responsible for granting newly hired employees’ documentation, including the electronic payment card, food coupons bonus card.
• Audit every week information regarding TRESS with Mexico and Oracle according HRMS.
• Support the Human Resources area in general, service and motivational aspects.
• Project management and compliance with defined dates.
• Comply with the requirements of the company's Quality system.
• Comply with the Health, Safety and Environment requirements of the company.

**Basic Qualifications:**
• Bachelor / Engineering in business administration or related affinity career.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of TRESS Systems of Human Resources.
• Basic knowledge of LFT.
• Basic knowledge in SUA and IDSE.
• Knowledge of IMSS, Infonavit and Fonacot
• Office package handling
• Ability to manage projects and meet defined dates
• Analysis skills for handling numbers
• Professionalism and accuracy for the preparation and interpretation of reports.
• Ease of handling various activities simultaneously with certain response times.
• Dexterity to work under pressure
• Schedule availability
**Prefereable Qualifications:**
