Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct interviews and manage candidate communications in both English and Spanish.Source applicants through job boards, community partnerships, referrals, and outreach efforts.Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community programs.Build and maintain strong relationships with supervisors to understand staffing needs.Manage the full hiring process from application to offer, ensuring timely follow‑up.Support new hires through onboarding steps, paperwork, and orientation coordination.Maintain accurate applicant tracking and documentation in compliance with company policies.Assist with translating HR documents, communications, and training materials as needed.Provide a positive, professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.Contribute to workforce development initiatives and help strengthen the talent pipeline.

Essential Skills

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.2+ years of recruiting experience.1-2 years of general HR experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing or high‑volume hiring is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for recruiting purposes.

Work Environment

This is a contract-to-hire position with a long-term opportunity and room to grow as the company itself is rapidly expanding. The role requires local travel for recruiting purposes. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, offering a chance to be part of a supportive team committed to professional growth.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
