Job Title: HR Assistant - Training and Development
Job Description
We are seeking an HR Assistant who will play a key role in maintaining training assignments and completion records for all US employees through the Learning Management System (LMS). This role involves ensuring training programs are tracked, evaluated, and effectively communicated.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain and manage training assignment and completion records for all US employees through the LMS.
+ Ensure all training programs are accurately tracked in the LMS.
+ Gather and evaluate feedback from attendees and management to identify areas needing additional training.
+ Provide updates on training programs through regular reporting, planning, and advising on progress.
+ Coordinate training sessions, including identifying attendees, managing communication, arranging travel logistics, booking venues, organizing meal arrangements, and tracking attendance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
+ 3 years of work experience, preferably supporting training initiatives in multiple locations
+ Proficiency in presentation software and operation of presentation hardware
Work Environment
This position is based in a corporate office environment. The role involves regular use of Microsoft Office and other presentation software to support training and development initiatives.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Cordova, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
