HR Assistant **HR Assistant – Fixed Term Contract** **Location:** Rotational – Wimbledon (London) & Bournemouth (Dorset) **Department:** HR **Reporting To:** HR Business Partner Are you ready to kick-start or grow your career in HR within a dynamic, global beauty business? We’re looking for a highly motivated **HR Assistant** to join our UKI HR Team, supporting our sites in Wimbledon, Bournemouth, and Ashford. This is a hands-on role with exposure to the full HR spectrum - from employee engagement and talent management to data analysis and employee relations. **What you’ll be doing** + Managing HR data and reporting using HRIS (MCT), People Connect, Power BI, and AI tools. + Keeping org charts accurate and up-to-date. + Supporting policy, benefits, onboarding, and global mobility processes. + Coordinating recruitment, learning initiatives, and talent reviews. + Providing first-line advice on HR policies and managing employee relations cases. + Driving employee engagement through forums, townhalls, and survey action planning. + Leading learning and development projects and contributing to workforce planning. + Managing DEI initiatives and communications. **What we’re looking for** + Graduate position. + Relevant HR qualification or similar. + Strong Excel, IT & data analysis skills, with the ability to analyse and report complex data. + Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credible relationships. + Organised, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. + High emotional intelligence, discretion, and personal credibility. **Why join us?** At Coty, we combine strong team spirit with fearless kindness.
