Temporary position$23.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Maintains a clean and organized office areaMonitors Slack communications to ensure all home office requests have been answeredParticipates in weekly ops sync meetings:Facilitates birthday, company recognition, spirit week or holiday gatherings per GM and People & CultureAssist the General Manager in monitoring the facility supply and employee engagement budgets per segmentKeeps track of supply inventory and places supply orders per the GM for the followingCollects and scans invoices/receipts for any services to the facility and emails their GM and the accounting departmentHandles employee onboarding and terminations with HR visibility and approval.Delegates any employee relation concerns outside of admin scope to People & CultureCommunicates employee benefit updates to ops team and employees regarding eligibility and health benefit enrollment timelines etcProcesses workers comp claims with People and Culture visibilityHR Assistant Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years experience working in Human Resources, Accounting/Payroll, and/or Administrative dutiesHigh School Diploma or GED requiredExperience working with Microsoft Products, including; Excel, Word, OutlookApplicant may be subject to a background check*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
