As a Product Manager in Talent & Employee Experience, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

 

Job responsibilitiesDevelop and drive a strategic product vision that delivers value to customers, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to turn vision into reality.Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.Build frameworks and track key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.Present complex ideas and plans to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner, tailoring updates to the audience.Seek and drive automation opportunities to deliver high-quality initiatives faster and more efficiently to our customers.Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in data analytics methodologies, tools, and practices.

Manage senior stakeholder relationships, acting as a support and lead on product operating model transformation initiatives.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsSignificant experience in product management or a relevant domain area, with a strong action-oriented mindset and attention to detail.Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics, with proficiency in understanding complex processes and product intersections.Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.Comfortable with senior leadership presentations and organizing complex ideas into simplistic, digestible information.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsConversant in working with engineering teams and able to communicate effectively in technical language.Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
