Qualifications\:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industryKnowledge of employment law, health and safety regulations (e.g., OHSA), and HR best practicesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience with HRIS systems (Peoplesoft) and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalismCertification in Health & Safety or Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) training is an asset
