Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

- Calculation, monitoring and reporting of key HR KPIs (e.g., absenteeism, turnover, flexibility, etc.);

- Elaboration of monthly reports, year-end information and contribution to business plan processes (statistics, projections and relevant input for the Controlling area);

- Point of contact and expertise for ad hoc people data and analytics requests across Business Units and Divisions;

- Periodic accountability for updating, improving and expanding internal dashboards (mainly in Power BI);

- Development and automation of reports and analyses using SQL, Python and PowerBI;

- Preparation of management presentations and support documents (Excel/PowerPoint);

- Contribution to compensation processes (salary increases, bonuses, other HR-related planning);

- Support to leadership teams with relevant data insights to drive decision-making.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

- Technical know-how: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), solid experience with Power BI, and good working knowledge of SQL and Python;

- Analytical mindset: Ability to understand complex data and generate meaningful insights

- Experience: Previous experience in People Analytics, Data Analytics or Reporting – experience in Controlling/Finance is a strong plus;

- Education: Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Data Science, or equivalent;

- Working style: Organized, detail-oriented, results-driven and comfortable handling multiple tasks;

- Personality: Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving skills, proactive and curious mindset;

- Languages: Very good English skills, both spoken and written;

- Enthusiasm: Enjoy collaborating with internal stakeholders and international teams, and motivated to continuously improve processes.
