Job DescriptionAbout the Role
We are seeking a motivated and analytical HR Analytics & C&B Intern to support the HR team in various data-driven and operational projects. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR analytics, compensation & benefits (C&B) analysis, process improvement, and general HR operations. You will work closely with the Country HR Representative (C/HRR) and HR team to extract insights, support decision-making, and contribute to HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
Apply data mining and statistical learning techniques to extract key insights from HR and market survey data.Evaluate and analyze statistical results from compensation & benefits surveys.Enhance and reshape large databases into clear, presentable formats for reporting and presentation.HR Operations Support
Support the C/HRR on overall Country HR topics including Learning & Development (L&D), Resourcing, and other HR initiatives.Assist in HR Generalist activities and general administrative tasks.HR Projects & Engagement
Support HR process improvement projects, including analytics-driven initiatives.Assist in market data analysis for ongoing Compensation & Benefits projects.Support HR department engagement activities as required.Reporting & Visualization
Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to communicate insights effectively.Convert raw HR and market data into actionable insights for stakeholders.QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or related fields.Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation) are a must.Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.Intermediate statistical skills and ability to analyze survey data.Strong presentation skills and ability to present data insights clearly.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.Good digital literacy and communication skills.Additional InformationWhat You Will Gain
