CEG’s vision is to provide a great colleague experience every day, and they are committed to ensuring all of Team Amex has the resources and support they need to be and deliver their best. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for ensuring internal compliance and with regulatory authorities in social security processes (IMSS), INFONACOT, STPS and others. **Social Security (IMSS):** * End to End of the LOA process. * Review in the IMSS Virtual Desktop, generation and sending of SSL, validation of the LOA´s reported to Payroll * Generation, management and delivery of explanatory letters for cases of Occupational Risk and Transfer Weeks * Monitoring and filling ST7 for cases of Work Risk and on the Way * Calculation and Presentation of the Risk Premium (Annual) * Ensure collaboration and synergy with the different internal areas for the proper follow-up of the Occupational Risk cases as well as continuous communication with the Employee Relations team to disabilities cases. **INFONACOT:** * End to End of the INFONACOT process. * Identification of credits and completion of credits, generation and sending of SSL, validation of payroll discounts. * Generation, management and delivery of explanatory letters * Calculation and payment of credits * Opening and closing of offices (follow-up with Legal Representation) **Inspections STPS - Support and follow to CLR Team** * Lead reporting and payment of regulatory and tax obligations (INFONACOT). Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to proceed with reporting and payments. * Conduct controls and validations to ensure timely and accurate payment to authorities. * Support continues improvements and initiatives related to Social Security (IMSS and INFONAVIT) and INFONACOT function in the region. * Support internal audits in México in regulatory process. **·** Create and maintain a repository source of information and documentation (SOPs) as per company standards. **Minimum Qualifications** * Basic level of English. * 1 years of Mexico regulatory process work experience is required/mandatory. * 1 Proof experience in Social Security (IMSS and INFONAVIT), INFONACOT and STPS Compliance in Mexico * Knowledge on regulatory processes such us: Social Security (IMSS and INFONAVIT), INFONACOT and STPS Inspections. * Experience with SAP Payroll system or similar. * High level of negotiation with regulatory authorities * Proficient with MS Word and Excel. * Highly organized and detail oriented. * Ability to focus on results and troubleshooting * Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadlines are met. **Qualifications** We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
