HR Analyst

As an HR Analyst, you will support the operational and strategic execution of Human Resources processes across Argentina and Chile. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with local labour legislation while aligning country-level HR practices with global people strategies.

Partnering closely with business leaders, Talent Acquisition, and global HR teams, you will contribute to talent processes, performance management cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and regional HR activities that enhance both business performance and employee experience.
This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional with a strong operational foundation and a growing strategic mindset, eager to develop in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with local labour legislation by aligning HR policies, procedures, employment contracts, employee records, and occupational health requirements with local regulations in Argentina and Chile.Manage core HR operations and personnel administration, including payroll inputs, benefits administration (health insurance, social security, ART, life insurance), vacation management, and coordination with HR vendors and suppliers.Support talent lifecycle processes, working closely with Talent Acquisition on recruitment follow-up, managing onboarding activities, and preparing compensation and economic proposals in alignment with the C&B team.Coordinate employee engagement and internal communication initiatives, including commemorative events, integration activities, and internal communications in line with corporate guidelines.Contribute to global and regional HR initiatives, supporting performance management cycles, objective setting, talent reviews, development check-ins, and ongoing follow-up of local HR activities and business needs.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Labour Relations, or a related field.At least 1 year of experience in HR or a similar role, with exposure to core HR processes.Working knowledge of local labour legislation and HR administration.Ability to communicate confidently in Spanish and English (B2 level).Based in Buenos Aires, comfortable working in a hybrid model.
