HR Analyst (12 months)

We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunities! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Managing the new requisitions process in HCM, hiring related activities and the workflows in HCM for the assigned organizations + Performing recurrent data checks and request updates as needed for employee records in Oracle HCM (new hires and any organizational changes, promotions or internal moves) + Preparing, updating, and delivering HR reports and dashboards on headcount, turnover, recruitment, organization charts, demographics, overtime, training, and leave usage; provide final reports, presentations, and ad-hoc data as needed + Tracking soft skills, leadership, and required trainings; follow up on core HR programs (Ethics, Conflict of Interest, role-specific trainings, performance management) to ensure timely completion. + Providing assistance for employees or guidance towards relevant departments for information: time and attendance, overtime or holiday reports, job descriptions, medical services, scheduled trainings + Analyzing HR processes and present improvement solutions of automation and better efficiency + Participating in HR projects based on interest and competency match **Who You Are:** You follow through on commitments and you practice what you preach.
