The opportunity
We are looking for a proactive HR Advisor specializing in compensation and benefits to join our People Advisory Services team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits. A solid understanding of job architecture, job evaluation, job leveling, and reward systems and structures is essential, as well as the ability to identify the interrelationships within these frameworks. With appropriate guidance, you will be a valuable resource for leadership, contributing to the development and implementation of reward strategies for our diverse clients. (Please note that this position is not an internal HR role, rather it is a client-facing position.)
You can perform this role from anywhere in Hungary, with the requirement of one in-person office day per month at our Budapest location.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in development and implementation of job architecture frameworks. Participation in conducting comprehensive job evaluations. Design, analyze and establish job levels and assist in its implementation. Assist clients in implementing reward programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and benefits packages. Conduct research and analysis of market trends in compensation and benefits to provide clients with competitive insights. Collaborate with senior team members to understand and map out reward connections and implications. Engaging with clients to understand their needs and objectives related to employee rewards and compensation.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in compensation&benefit Bachelor's degree in Economics, Human Resources or a related field. Basic understanding of job architecture, job evaluation, job levelling, reward systems and structures Ability to work independently with guidance and be a dependable resource for the team Strong analytical skills and attention to details Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
