Job DescriptionResponding to staff and manager enquiriesDriving HR digitalisation and ensuring payroll complianceAssisting in recruitment: CV screening and interview schedulingMaintaining personnel records and ensuring GDPR complianceConducting new employee inductions and managing HR documentationHandling payroll data and time/attendance reportingStaying updated on employment law to advise managementCoordinating employee surveys and implementing HR policiesSupporting disciplinary processes and cross-functional projectsGenerating HR reports and assisting with audits

QualificationsHR administration experience as well as experience using SAP is desirable but not essential.Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word is essentialInterest in learning HR processes and employment law legislationExcellent organisational and time-management skills.Methodical and organised approach to work, strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
