Job Purpose:

Support administration of HR Administration/Shared Services activities to deliver best in class HR services, products and systems in line with HR Shared Services process guidelines, quality standards and timelines

Key Responsibilities: 

You will work in the team responsible for travel and expense reimbursements for Deutsche Post AG and DHL subsidiaries in GermanyYou will carry out the checking and accounting of orders in our SAP system, especially our Concur system (myTravel)There is the possibility to learn further areas of work internally. These include, for example, the processing of A1 certificates, the settlement of company credit cards and Bizagi as a workflow management tool

What We’re Looking For: 

1+ years of work experience preferably in HR / Administration / Payroll / Customer ServiceGood written and oral communication skills in German and English for internal communicationWillingness to learn new IT tools like SAP Concur or BizagiOffice 365 knowledgeSAP knowledge is desirableDetail oriented personality and great organizational skillsHighly motivated, reliable and adaptable under pressureStrong team player contributing positively to a collaborative environment
