2020 Companies is now hiring a full-time HR Administrator.
Pay: $15 - $18 per hour based on experience
Location: 40% in-office in Southlake, TX; 60% remote
We’re looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join our team! In this role, you’ll support key HR and Benefits functions, including employee enrollments, leave of absence requests, workers’ comp claims, and compliance reporting. You’ll also assist with employee communications and special projects, helping ensure smooth HR operations across the company. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Assist and accurately reconcile enrollments, termination and billings to employees' record (e.g. COBRA, 401k, health, FSA, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring accurate eligibility and payment information and complying with contract provisions, state and federal lawsAccurately maintain and process OSHA reportingAssist with multiple communications and marketing materials to promote Benefits and Human Resources topics, employee initiatives and leadership company-wideAssist with workers compensation claims to ensure timely reporting in compliance with corporate policies and procedures; coordinate with third-party administrators on all eligible claimsAssist with Benefits and Leave of Absence (LOA) processesAssist to ensure compliance and legal postings for Corporate and companies-owned officesAssist with management of Medical Support Notices and other state inquires correspondencesAssist with Paid Sick Leave and other time off inquiresAssist in development of special department projects in conjunction with department leadershipEfficiently process all unemployment claims, medical support and child support responses and effectively researching when necessaryProfessionally respond to related queries (emails, calls, etc.)Perform all other duties as assignedPerformance Measurements:
Effectively and efficiently assist with HR project, duties, and responsibilities as assignedAccurately complete/submit all workers compensation claims and benefit actions within required timeframeEffectively, accurately and efficiently perform all duties and responsibilities as describe aboveQualifications:
