Description A mission-driven organization in Vista is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Administrator to support their growing team. This organization provides vital services to the local community and is looking for someone who can help maintain a compliant, supportive, and well-organized HR function. This role is ideal for someone who understands the inner workings of nonprofit operations and is passionate about creating a positive employee experience while ensuring regulatory compliance.
