HR Administrator
Job Introduction

Serco is a leading provider of public services, supporting government and international organisations across defence, space, migration and citizen services. In the Netherlands, we work closely with the European Space Agency and other institutions, delivering essential services through our on-site and back-office teams based in Noordwijk.

We are now looking for an HR Administrator to join our team in the Netherlands and support the delivery of smooth and effective HR services across the organisation.

Based at our office in Noordwijk, the HR Administrator will provide support to our staff in the Netherlands (and other European countries), coordinating the daily functions of the business and employee’s HR needs. The HR Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department. This role involves managing HR documents, updating internal databases, and ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. The HR Administrator will handle a variety of personnel-related administrative duties, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring operational efficiency within the organization.

Main Responsibilities

As HR Administrator you will concentrate your activities on the following:

Input data and maintain employee files (including hard copies)Providing support to employees on all HR-related mattersAssist with Employee events and Service Awards Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional mannerOn-going maintenance of the company personnel databasesEnsuring compliance with HR processes in accordance with Dutch labor legislation and Serco company guidelinesSupporting the input and updating of data in internal HR systemsAssisting with regular reporting and data monitoringInterface with internal and external partners (e.g. Arbo, IND, UWV)Coordinate offboarding process, including exit interviews and termination paperworkReview and administer monthly timesheets and leave registration records and correct inaccuracies in RepliconUpdate and maintain our company SharePoint page for our employeesSupport with new HR projects and initiatives Contributing to employee well-being initiatives Successful Candidate
