HR Administrator Details:

Direct Hire position$100,000.00 /annuallyFirst Shift (Monday through Friday)Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accurate documentation for new hires, terminations, status changes, and compliance with company policies.Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, and schedule ongoing training sessions to support workforce development and compliance.Process bi-weekly payroll by verifying timesheets, managing deductions, and resolving payroll discrepancies in collaboration with the finance department.Administer and track employee leave requests, including FMLA, ADA, and other statutory leaves, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with federal and state regulations.Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures, providing guidance or escalating to HR leadership as needed.Support HR audits and reporting by maintaining organized records and assisting in the preparation of HR metrics and compliance documentation.

HR Administrator Qualifications:

2-5 years of HR Administrator experience requiredHigh School Diploma or GED
