What would you do as our HR Administrator

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to both employees and management, covering areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. You will contribute to the overall effectiveness of the HR Team by fostering positive workplace relationships and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

You would also be responsible for: 

Participate in the recruitment process, including job postings and resume screening. Coordinate onboarding for new hires, manage paperwork, contracts of employment, orientation, and integration into company culture. Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and legal compliance. Process and file employment documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and changes to terms and conditions of service. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution. Foster positive employee relations by addressing issues promptly and promoting a healthy workplace culture. Support the termination process, including exit interviews, resignation acceptance letters, and offboarding procedures in line with company policies. Generate HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making. Coordinate training programs and workshops, and assist in implementing employee development initiatives. Assist in administering employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, life assurance, employee assistance programme), address related inquiries, and facilitate open enrollment. Monitor and manage time and attendance records, support timekeeping systems, and resolve discrepancies.

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail. Strong IT literacy, including proficient use of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with the ability to manage documents, spreadsheets, and communications effectively. Experience in HR administration or a similar role would be an advantage, as well as knowledge of HR policies & systems. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
