Erickson Senior Living is seeking an HR Administrator for our Corporate HR Department. This position will support the CHRO and Senior HR Leadership team. This role will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support, managing projects, drafting key communications and presentations, and coordinating strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
The HR Administrator will:
Draft, edit, and refine written communications and presentations.Plan and coordinate annual, regional, and peer team meetings, including travel, activities, and other logistics.Oversee the training and development of the HR Assistant to ensure operational excellence.Support the CHRO and Senior HR Leaders in composing and refining strategy and project plan executionMaintain the strictest confidentiality in handling sensitive business and personnel information.Provide comprehensive administrative support including screening calls and emails and drafting and sending correspondenceManage office moves, relocations, expansions, and other needs as requestedOther duties as assignedWhat you’ll need
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a senior leadership team. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong presentation and writing skills, with a proven track record of producing high-quality materials. Outstanding computer proficiency, including intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook. Ability to create and deliver executive presentations and detailed reports.What we offer:
