HR Administrative Assistant - Hybrid

A National IT Credit Union based out of Oregon is interested in Hiring an HRIS Specialist to support their team in Hillsboro, Oregon! This position is Hybrid, requiring 1-2 days onsite each week with potential to turn into a long term opportunity.
Description
• Configure and customize Jobvite to meet the specific needs for the organization’s recruitment processes.
• Provide training and support to the Recruiting team on Jobvite functionalities including changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Jobvite configuration.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making.
• Assist in the development and implementation of systems best practices in partnership with the HRIS team.
Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years in HR Analytics or Human Resources Administrative positions
• Proven experience configuring and managing Jobvite.
• Strong understanding of recruiting systems and their integration with other HR systems.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $36.25/hr.
