Job Description► Supporting Human Resources Service center (in Hungary) at Belgrade location
► Handling and organizing HR-related documents, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
► Supporting the processing of employee records, contracts, and other essential paperwork
► Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
► Supporting the coordination of communication between employees and the HR Service Center
Qualifications► Student or graduate in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Social Sciences or related fields
► Basic knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
► Good knowledge of MS Office package
► Knowledge of email communication
► Attention to detail
► Ability to work independently and follow instructions
► Previous experience in administration is a plus
