Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2–4 years experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably within Oil & Gas or contractor environments. Strong knowledge of HR processes: mobilization, certification management, training coordination, and personnel recordkeeping. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to coordinate across multiple departments. Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS/ERP systems is an advantage. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and administrative discipline. Understanding of COMPANY HSSE, compliance, and workforce governance requirements is advantageous.
