Job Title: HR admin (Representative, People Solutions Center) Job Description Representative, People Solutions (HR Assistant) Join our HR admin team and help us enable the power of our “Game Changer’s” brand vision. **Activities within HR admin team:** + Management of employment documentation, end-to-end process (issuing the documentation related to employment/ changes/ termination, sending them to employees, manage employee’s personal files) + Daily reporting to Labor Authority, submit Revisal register on-line + Periodically reporting to IGI related to work relations with non-UE citizens + Prepare the necessary documentation for obtaining employment permits for foreign citizens (includes trips & communication with authorities) + Manages the issue of various types of certificates for employees – doctor, bank, supportive documentation, documents issued upon termination (includes communication with employees and authorities) + Management of garnishments (communication with Bailiff and employees), keeping updated monthly report + Maintain updated databases for HR within set deadlines + Prepare various reports for other departments/ external partners and management + Daily communication with employees related to various HR queries (by phone/ email/ physically at the office premises) + Handling with high confidentiality all types of data, respecting GDPR in place, procedures as per ISO 27001 requirements and internal procedures + Manages relationship with state authorities (IGI, ITM, CASMB, CNPAS, ANOFM) – communication, trips to submit documents, sending reports via email; + Monthly statutory reports – preparing and submitting various reports to local authorities (ITM, ANOFM) + Manages monthly situation related to employees who will start/ return maternity leave - communication with employees and authorities + Manages the process related to labor medicine – communication with medical centers providing services (external suppliers) and with the employees + Manages the process related to health and safety - communication with the companies providing services (external suppliers) and updating files + Management of sick leaves. **What we're looking for:** + University Bachelor Degree of the Faculty with the specialization in Psychology, Economics, Business Administration and/ or Law, Management HR + HR Inspector Certificate (IRU), knowledge of Labor Law + 6 to 12 months experience within HR admin + Good knowledge of Word and Excel + English level – B2 (read/ written/ spoken) and Romanian - C2 + Autonomy in delivering + Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills. **What we offer:** + We offer you a pleasant working environment in the city center + Additional health insurance with Medicover + Besides salary package, we offer you monthly budget for various benefits and bi-annual performance bonus + Daily Schedule: Monday – Friday : 09:00-18:00 + Working system: on-site in Iasi + Salary increase based on seniority within the company **Please note that this role is for Maternity Cover up to 12 months.** Location: ROU Iasi - 1 Palat Street Language Requirements: English (Required) Time Type: Full time2026-10-01 **If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents (https://www.concentrix.com/resource/job-applicant-privacy-notice-for-california-residents/)**
