Role Overview
The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resources and Administrative functions at the Nashik manufacturing facility. The role covers both staff and workmen and ensures smooth HR operations, statutory compliance, industrial relations, employee engagement, talent acquisition, training, and administrative support to plant operations.
Note: As the Nashik facility is currently under development, this role will initially report directly to the CEO. Reporting structures may evolve as the plant stabilizes.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Operations
Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, and exit processes. Implement and administer HR policies, attendance systems, payroll coordination, and HR documentation. Design and execute training and development programs aligned with plant and business requirements.Industrial Relations & Statutory Compliance
Handle workmen-related HR activities including contract labour management, shift workforce planning, and welfare initiatives. Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, factory regulations, PF, ESIC, gratuity, contract labour laws, and statutory audits. Maintain a positive industrial relations climate and effective communication with workmen and representatives while ensuring discipline.Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Drive employee communication, grievance handling, motivation initiatives, and workplace culture improvement. Plan and execute employee welfare programs, recognition initiatives, and CSR activities at the plant.Administration & Facility Management
Oversee plant administration including security, transportation, canteen, housekeeping, and infrastructure maintenance. Manage administrative vendors, service contracts, service quality, and cost optimization initiatives.Business Support
Support plant leadership with manpower planning, productivity improvement, and organizational development initiatives. Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, reports, and statutory documentation.Key Result Areas (KRAs)

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification 10–15 years of experience in HR & Administration within manufacturing, engineering, or automotive industries Strong experience in managing workmen and industrial relations at a plant location In-depth knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR systems Prior experience with unionized or contract labour environments preferredPlease share below required details -
