Job description

Job Title: HR Admin Associate – Asociado de Administracion de RH
Location: Cuautitlán Izcalli, Edo. Mex.
Department: HR – People Services
Reports To: People Services Lead

Mandatory:Graduate - BA or equivalent.Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.Fair knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment lawsResults and deadline driven.1 year of experience in a HR Admin role or a similar.Proficient in HR platforms (People Soft, Workday etc).
Nice to have:Workday Experience.
Key responsibilities:Process HR transactions which may include:New hiresEmployment data changesTerminations/RetirementsEarnings/deduction transactions Pay by exception inputLeave and attendance transactionsOver time inputsResolve and handle transactional and administrative issues relating to areas such as leave administration, wage statements, unemployment claims, benefits administration etc. through comprehensive and accurate research within commitment guidelines.Communicate resolution to requestors as required.Escalate non-transactional, production, or interpretative policy issues promptly and according to established protocols.Maintain service level agreements.
