Job Title: Human Resources Generalist Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Generalist to oversee and support all HR functions within our organization. This role will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and maintaining company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is a people-focused professional who can balance employee advocacy with company goals while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with employment laws. Responsibilities + Manage employee relations and act as a point of contact for employees. + Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates. + Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. + Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. + Handle performance management tasks to support employee growth. + Maintain and update company policies and procedures as needed. + Provide administrative support and manage data entry related to HR functions. + Deliver excellent customer service to employees and management. The role offers the opportunity to grow the HR department from scratch as the first HR employee, allowing for personal and professional growth alongside the position. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Katy, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
