HR Absent Management Analyst (Fixed term)

This position has responsibility for managing the various absence programs at WTW which includes short term disability, long term disability, the Family Medical Leave Act, Paid Family Leave, Mandated Paid Leave, Paid Time Off (PTO) and state/local leave plans.

The Requirements
Associate degree, or BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field 1-3 years of related employee benefits administration experience, familiarity with regulations such as FMLA and state disability plans preferred Advanced computer skills, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office and Oracle Cloud (the HR system is a plus but not required)Payroll experience a plusWillingness and ability to work independently and on a teamMust be accustomed to a fast paced, high-volume environment with deadlines and last-minute requestsProject management skillsSelf-starter and quick learnerAbility to prioritize requests and dutiesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written - English language requiredInclusive job opportunity
