Are you passionate about high‑performance computing and excited by the challenge of shaping next‑generation HPC solutions? We’re a team of highly skilled professionals delivering advanced HPC Engineering across EMEA & LATAM, and we’re looking for an HPC Storage Benchmark Expert to join us.

We collaborate closely across regions and work directly with customer support teams to deliver cutting‑edge, reliable, high‑performance solutions.

About the Role

As an HPC Storage Benchmark Expert, you’ll play a key part in designing, validating, and defending HPC storage solutions for medium and large‑scale tenders across EMEA & LATAM.
Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting tender responses by analysing customer storage requirementsDesigning and proposing optimal storage architectures alongside Presales teamsRunning benchmarks on existing systems and projecting performance for future systemsDeveloping detailed, accurate reports to support solution recommendationsValidating commitments by executing customer tests on delivered systemsSharing insights, knowledge, and best practices internally and with customersCollaborating with top‑tier researchers, software engineers, and technical teams to help shape future products

This is a highly collaborative role where you will engage with talented professionals from diverse backgrounds and interact with leading research organisations across the region.

What We’re Looking For

Required Education & Experience

B.Sc. or equivalent in Science, Technology, Engineering, or MathematicsDeep knowledge of HPC storage environments, including:Linux kernel fundamentalsHigh‑performance interconnectsParallel file systems (e.g., Lustre, GPFS)Software‑defined storage (e.g., DAOS, VAST, Weka) — desirableI/O and communication libraries, gained through work with large‑scale HPC systemsProven ability to triage complex issues, create reproducible test cases, and collaborate with R&D to resolve bugsExperience delivering technical content through presentations or training sessionsA willingness to adopt and apply new tools, programming paradigms, and technologies

Strong team player with the ability to operate independently when neededExcellent interpersonal and customer‑facing skillsCalm, professional approach under pressure and tight deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsFluent in English (spoken and written)Customer‑focused mindset
