Housing Coordinator
Description + Conduct client intake, assessments, and employment readiness evaluations. + Develop individualized employment and vocational plans aligned with client goals. + Provide job search assistance, resume support, and interview preparation. + Maintain relationships with local employers, training programs, and vocational resources. + Track client progress, income status, and employment outcomes. + Collaborate with housing case managers to ensure alignment of employment and housing goals. + Support walk-in clients with immediate needs while connecting them to appropriate services. + Document all services in accordance with program and compliance requirements. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. • Minimum of three years of experience working with homeless or at-risk populations. • Valid California driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation. • Strong case management and organizational skills. • Certified Housing Counselor certification is preferred. • Knowledge of supportive housing programs and low-income tax credit housing policies. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
